The results showed that the LKR/ SDH promoter with a 3.9 kb length upstream of translation initiation codon ATG could drive the expression of GUS gene in endosperm, leaf and stem of transgenic rice plants, and prefer a certain endosperm-specific expression.
结果表明,翻译起始密码子ATG上游3.9kb的启动子控制的GUS基因在转基因水稻种子胚乳、叶和茎等多个组织中都能表达,但表现出一定的胚乳特异性。
